Accounting system

Amin's accounting system is designed by VB programming language and SQL server data bank as client/server form. It has following facilities in financial events base on the public accounting instructions:

• Documenting and record it as temporary or permanent/printing of documents as detail or general form.
• Searching by number, expense, debtor, creditor or description on some of the documents or details
• Remove or correction of available documents
• Get permanent mode for temporary files in one step
• Copying from the document to other one
• Closing of temporary accounts and other ones
• Opening or closing the document issue
• Definition of accounts as 5 levels(total, defined or described codes)

• Claque from current accounts, remove or correction of them, bank difference
• Observation in total defined and report books
• Four-column and eight-column balance-sheet observation
• Rest of accounts observation
• Compared reports and accounts by a certain time or document number
• Temporary documents report
• Monthly report, account book, balance-sheet printing.(printing it as T-form)
• Benefit and loss accounts report
