Chain-store system

Shopping center to be designed and implemented by VB and sql server as client/ server mode. It involves following capabilities:

Store definition and active store with recording of several stores
Financial year and active financial year
Purchase orders recording
Purchase invoice (bill) due to warehouse receipt, sale bill issue with warehouse draft, invoice issue of purchase returning with warehouse draft …
Correct and auditing in purchase and sale bills, purchase and sale return and purchase ordering.
Receive and payment in cash, cheque and draft with receipt or separated form
Pre-receipt (Pre-form) issue and its exchange in to the sale receipt
Goods definition in three levels (as group, sub-group and goods).

Customer goods, market workers and warehouse definition during of purchase, sale forms issue
Warehouse receipt issue and warehouse draft
Goods transfer between different warehouses and to do all of the stock-taking operations
Data recording in trust funds and returning of them
Documents giving in all of the purchase, sale, warehouse receipts issue, warehouse draft issue, … operations automatically
Reports of total, certain and separated books
Total certain and detailed balance sheets observation (as four columns form)
Observation of eight-column balance – sheet form and remaining reports of total and certain books
Comparison reports in certain, total and titled accounts
Temporal documents observation
Monthly, daily reports, balance-sheet print as T-form, loss and profit reports
