Laboratory System

Amin's laboratory system to be designed in VB programming language and sql server data bank as client/server. This system to be considered in both of independent and integrated forms beside of HIS system. HIS system can request a test for a patient and then the laboratory accepts the patient and send the results for HIS system. Other facilities of the system are :

• Bedridden or stand admittance
• Test expenses, special services, explanations, reduction or receiving in cash for admittance form
• Test results and print of the forms for each test
• Definition, delete or correct of tests, test components, test groups and test box
• Private and public costs for bedridden or stand modes for any test
• Special services and private and public costs for bedridden or stand modes for any test
• Delete, correction of assurances and difference percentages in stand or bedridden forms for any assurance
• Test expenses meet to any assurance, assurance and patient shares for any test in stand and bedridden forms

• Assurance data copying on other assurance data
• Definition, delete or correction of holidays for system
• Laboratory scheduling observation by each test, patient's document number (in certain time)
• To observe the salaries in certain time periods for each test as partial and total forms
• List report of reduction in certain times
• referral's report according to patient's document No., physician's name or date
• User identification for system
• Access level detection for any user or user's group
• Data supporting in the program as preferred path
• To copy the data on CD in the program
